At RideJetson, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electric scooters, bikes, and hoverboards. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Product
Securely pack your RideJetson product in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
